I help women in midlife achieve optimal health by making small changes in their diet and by bringing mindfulness to their lifestyle. We start small and from within. You’ll peel back the layers one by one.
As your Health Coach, I will listen carefully and help you navigate the world of contradictory wellness advice to determine what changes are necessary for you. We will work together to set goals, identify obstacles, and provide personal support to help you reach those goals. I will be your personal health coach. My intention is for you to make gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to achieve optimal health.
