My mission is to bring wellness to women through the lifespan by guiding more and more women on the practice of healthy habits on a daily basis to attain better physical and mental health outcomes. I do this by allowing more mindfulness into my life and allowing my community to invite into theirs.
Together, we can make a greater impact on the world around us for ourselves and our future generations.
Woven though my classes are social connectedness, nutrition, movement, healthy sleep habits, mindfulness, philosophy, and inner wisdom. I bring empowerment to all of my students and am always very cautious of verbiage and vocabulary.
It has been shown that almost 100% of humans have faced trauma at some point in there lives, I believe in my heart of hearts, that this is true to my core and I take this very seriously in all of my teachings and my practices.

I teach yoga because I love helping guide people into the greatness that they already have within but they just haven’t found it yet. Yoga has been a personal vessel for me and I hope it is for more people, not just as a tool for a Yoga Butt, though I can help with that too!
I truly live my Yoga and I help people get there. Yoga is a step by step journey that takes years of a dedicated practice. You can’t go to the local class at the gym and expect to be enlightened by Yoga. It’s called a practice for a reason. I have dedicated my life to the practice, had mentors to walk me through the journey, and study it regularly. I didn’t learn it by Google and I don’t think you can either.
It won’t happen in just one weekend. I’m here to help you on this journey. Let’s start today!
